Swisher and Company, LLP, founded in 1974, has two
full-services offices. They are located in Lancaster
and Columbia Pennsylvania. The Firm

continue even after completing all your formal
educational requirements. Your development as an

through orientation. As a Staff Accountant, you will
work directly with Senior Accountants, Managers, and
Partners who will direct your work, monitor your
progress, and help guide your development.

We
offer a level of compensation that attracts top people
and encourages them to stay with us. Your progress will
be reviewed regularly and salary increases will depend
on your performance and length of service. In addition,
Sager, Swisher and Company, LLP provides a comprehensive
benefit package including one week of paid vacation
during the first calendar year of service, if hiring
date is prior to July first, two weeks beginning
January first of the second calendar year, and three
weeks after 10 years of service; six paid holidays per
year; employee health, life and disability insurance;
and a 401(k) Plan.
